This Policy covers information collected online via the Site, through contact forms, scheduling links, email, and discovery/audit calls; and information we process in delivering consulting and AI systems strategy services. If we sign a DPA with you, that DPA will govern where it conflicts with this Policy.

  • Contact & Account Data: name, email, phone, employer, role, preferences.
  • Business & Project Data: workflows, SOPs, process maps, metrics, screenshots, transcripts, documents you provide.
  • Usage & Technical Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URLs, using standard logs and cookies (see Cookie Notice).
  • Call/Meeting Data: recordings or transcripts only with notice or consent where required.
  • Payment Data: handled by PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full card numbers.

3) How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services;
  • Perform discovery, audits, analysis, implementation, and reporting;
  • Configure and operate AI tools, automations, and integrations for you;
  • Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and manage relationships;

Where required (e.g., EU/UK), we process based on: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., to deliver and improve services, secure the Site), consent (e.g., marketing, recordings), and legal obligations.

  • Vendors/Processors: hosting, analytics, communications, project management, transcription, and AI model providers engaged under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Subprocessors: At your request, we can provide a current list of core subprocessors used for AI and automations.

  • Legal: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • No Sale: We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile Information Sharing (SMS)

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers, text messaging consent, or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share mobile numbers and related messaging data with service providers (for example, SMS carriers, customer-support tools, or CRM platforms) solely to deliver and support our services. These providers are contractually prohibited from using such information for their own marketing.

Upon project completion, we can, on request, return or delete client-provided materials, subject to lawful retention requirements and backup cycles.

If information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.

10) Children’s Privacy

11) AI Data Handling & Model Training

  • We configure AI vendors to disable training on your content where settings allow; if a vendor does not support this, we will disclose that limitation and, if requested, seek an alternative vendor.
  • We can implement client-content “no training” controls contractually via DPA/SOW.
  • We maintain human review for sensitive outputs and can restrict use of generative tools on confidential or regulated data as directed.

12) California & Other Regional Notices

For California residents, we provide the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests. We will not discriminate for exercising your rights.

13) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted with a revised “Effective date.”
